Wouter has an education in agriculture, as well as considerable experience in the industry. Additional experience in quality control, ICT, and optimalization of work processes. He has his own enterprise in work process optimalization and change processes. In recent years Wouter, as interim manager, was responsible for the operational management and redevelopment of the operation of the Dominican Monastery in Zwolle. Wouter has access to a network in the insect breeding industry and agricultural education sector.
